Interesting choice of a word. :)
I didn't quote your reply, it was simply too large. There was a scientist with the last name of Snow, and he introduced ethics to science. Science has no morals itself, but the people who study science must be ethical human beings. When Einstein created the theory of relativity, he did not intend to help create the atom bomb. The government took his theory and had the bomb created. Einstein even went public with the possible dangers of his theory. While science has no morals, perhaps religion creates the ethics needed in the science field. If religion teaches you right from wrong (I am not a religious type so I don't know too much about religion) it can be used in science to stop potentially dangerous inventions, or just keep the people from using it in a wrong fashion.
I think I spelled theory wrong. Maybe it is theorey.. oh well.
