get used to it. Many of us have the very same problem. There is a way you can cheat a bit. In your batch file, you can set it up to do the tossing after someone logs off. Now since you don;t want it to be running ALL THE TIME... you could for instance have it do this say only when a 14.4 user logs off... or if most of your callers are 14.4, when a 28.8 caller logs off. I find that way it at least goes through the procedure a couple of times a day and then I just make sure I do it again at night. Not the greatest but better than having all the messages sit around all day until you remember it.
