Well, I don;t agree that language is everything. Far from it. It is simply a
means of communication. And I happen to think the Atlantic provinces are far
more unique than Quebec. Or one can take a look at the large Ukrainian
population in Manitoba... or the German influences right here. And like I am
trying to explain to you...

If Quebec is distinctly different to Ontario then Ontario is distinctly
different to Quebec. We have in effect - NOT ONE - but ten distinct and unique
societies if you will call it that in this country.
