If you seriously belive that FRENCH would remain a second language you are LARGE time mistaken, if quebec had got a yes vote and was leaving, next federal election we would see the axing of the second french language as a campaign promise. WE ONLY HAVE the damn thing in the constitution because quebec WANTED IT, if they gone no point in keeping it. That and quebec would be surrounded by english countries, and odds are they would have to learn english to trade with them, I really doubt the pround US people would learn french to trade with a tiny new country. --- Renegade v10-05 Exp * Origin: SiLiCoN DReaMS [519] -=- 28.8 (2662:519/110)

If you seriously belive that FRENCH would remain a second language you are
LARGE time mistaken, if quebec had got a yes vote and was leaving, next
federal election we would see the axing of the second french language as a
campaign promise. WE ONLY HAVE the damn thing in the constitution because
quebec WANTED IT, if they gone no point in keeping it.

would have to learn english to trade with them, I really doubt the pround US
people would learn french to trade with a tiny new country.
