Well lep talked to him yesterday and I was asking him about that and said that
that letter seemed like they were hoping to put it in then... which is what it
was saying but now it has been confirmed that it will be in then in writing,..
so it will be in... still sucks it took so god damn long though... and I don't
think they will be through UUNET then so maybe you will be able to get those
news groups I dunno...
