hehehehe.... Well, yeah... there is this new parenting shit for the
nineties... My gosh... haven't you noticed all the little brats around
screaming and throwing fits in malls, slamming Mom in the face, kicking Dadn
in the shins, throwing food in restaurants? UGH. Yeah - parenting in the
nineties... Even animals correct their young. Humans are all of a sudden too
civilized... and heaven help the parent that smacks a kid in public. Some
do-gooder is only too ready to holler for the cops, screaming child abuse.
things have gotten just a bit out of hand... If there are never any unpleasant
consequences... sure you grow up thinking you can do anything you please, get
away with anything... why not? Mom and Dad let you. A whole new set of
problems to look forward to in the next ten years or so, eh? A new generation
of Bernardos and Homulkas...
