Um, Einstein wrote his Special Theory of Relativity, and THEN he told the
government the implications of his formula 'E=mc' Sorry, but the
President's Advisory Commitee is NOT composed of theoretical physicists.
Without Einstein's knowledge, the bomb would NEVER (well, not until later)
have been created.
