Windows 3.1 Interface

I know that when you install Windows 95 for the first time you have the option
to either install the program with it's own interface or use the old Windows
3.1 interface. I selected the Win'95 interface... but now out of curiosity I
wouldn't mind setting up the Windows 3.1 interface with Windows 95. Can it be
done if you already have it installed? I looked .. but probably now hard
enough.
