I think the best price you can find for the game would be at the Price Club.
The usually sell all their new games for about $58. If you don't have a
memebership there, try the new Future Shop next to it. I got my copy there for
$50, tax included. (course, the box on mine was damaged, so they knocked off a
few bucks. :)
