Well...it depends. Your concept of religion sounds like a Western one, with an
all powerful God who watches and laughs at our mistakes...but the Eastern
philosophies aren't so rigid. They focus on the fact that indivual
spiritualism is far more important than worrying about what the Big Guy
Upstairs wants.

That's an interesting argument. I'm not sure what most religions would say to
this but I can say (Going back to the eastern philosophies) that some believe
in reincarnation, meaning that whatever you do in this life will affect how
you lead the next. So drug dealers, murderers rapists etc will all get their
just desserts in the next life...

Well; Don't take this as a personal offense but I don't think your concept of
religion is wide enough to denounce it...you should look into what other
religions other than the popular Western ones have to say about your arguments
before saying 'all of them suck'.
